HomeFi Text Alerts
Program Description
HomeFi operates a text messaging program that includes two types of messages:

Agent-led conversational messages - A HomeFi agent (human or AI-powered) may contact you via SMS and RCS in response to a request you submitted (such as a lead form or coverage inquiry), to help you select a plan, check coverage in your area, complete your order, or answer questions about HomeFi service.

Promotional and informational messages - If you have opted in, HomeFi may send recurring promotional offers, product recommendations, plan updates, billing reminders, and other informational messages.
Both message types may be delivered via SMS, MMS, and RCS.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and promotional campaigns.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from HomeFi, you agree to receive automated messages at the number provided as described above. Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. You may also text CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE, STOPALL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Privacy
We will not share or sell your opt-in information or phone number with any third parties. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Carrier Liability
Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier.
