Yes, if at any time you would like to upgrade or downgrade your plan simply email email@example.com and an agent will handle your request immediately. Downgrades will take effect on the upcoming cycle. Upgrades will take effect immediately. Keep in mind that our 100GB plan is the lowest data plan we offer, while the 800GB plan is the highest. There is no limit on how often you can upgrade or downgrade plans.
The one-time $99 hardware charge is an upfront cost that acts as a deposit for you to receive your pre-activated HomeFi LTE Router. The full value of the LTE router is $199.
If you cancel your HomeFi plan at any time you may simply return the LTE router within 7 days of cancellation. You will receive a refund for the initial $99 charge (once it’s confirmed the device is in working condition and not damaged).
If you choose not to return the LTE router, you will be charged an additional $100 fee to cover the full cost of the LTE Router, which you may then keep.
Our plan prices are straightforward with no hidden fees. We include the device for free in your initial plan purchase. Monthly payments are then made every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase. Each monthly payment covers your next 30 days of service, and you may of course cancel your subscription with us at any time.
If you go over your allotted data amount, you stop receiving data services until your next cycle begins. You can choose to upgrade to a larger GB plan mid-cycle in order to receive additional data.

We’ve combined that with our affordable data plans across the top networks to ensure our users have access to high-speed and high-bandwidth internet.
HomeFi offers refunds on first-time purchases within 14 days of receiving your device in the mail. To begin the return process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 14 days of having the device. A refund may take up to 7 business days to process and will begin once HomeFi receives the device back. Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and any additional return labels costs will be deducted from your refund.
Canceling your service after the 14-day policy: There will be no refunds once service is canceled outside of our 14-day return window. Once you cancel service, you will be required to send your LTE router back to HomeFi. If the device is not sent back or is returned damaged, you will be charged an additional hardware charge of $100 on top of the initial $99 hardware charge paid at checkout. If a device is not returned within 7 days of canceling, you will also be charged the additional hardware charge.
