Our Modem & Router package is not portable, though it is a much stronger and stable option for people in rural areas who need home LTE internet.

The Netgear LM1200 modem and Netgear AX1800 router combo provides powerful ethernet device connections, allowing much stronger range and speeds than the portable HomeFi device. 

Yes, our HomeFi Modem & Router combo is the perfect choice for fast and affordable home internet and will ensure you have high-speed internet connection for working, streaming, uploading, downloading, and any other internet needs! It’s especially useful in rural areas across America. 

Yes! Your device(s) will arrive to you already activated. All you need to do is turn the device, insert the SIM plug it in, and it will automatically connect. You may reach out to us at any time for assistance by emailing contact@homefi.info. 

Data does not carry over from month to month. If you use up your 300GB of data mid-cycle you can choose to purchase an additional 300GB for the remainder of that month. 

Our plan for the Modem & Router package comes with 300GB of allotted data with average speeds of 25Mbps for upload and download. 

If approved, a refund may take up to 7 business days to process and will begin once HomeFi receives the device back. 

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and any additional return labels costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Our plan prices are straightforward with no hidden fees. You pay for the Device + plan up front and then monthly payments for just the plan are made every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase. Each monthly payment covers your next 30 days of service, and you may of course cancel your subscription with us at any time. 

If you go over your allotted data amount, you stop receiving data services until your next cycle begins.
